If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Each item is inspected before shipping.
Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.
Once the package has been received and checked, a period of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method used.
