Shipping & Delivery
Carriers Used
Party Shop uses various carriers for order shipments, including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, in order to offer the best delivery options based on your address and order.
The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented at the end of the checkout process, once your shipping address has been entered.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the region and the carrier selected. The estimates displayed during checkout come directly from the carriers’ systems in order to provide the most accurate information possible.
Please note that Party Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or others). Therefore, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
However, we always do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Out of Stock Items
If a product is unfortunately out of stock, our team will contact you as soon as possible to offer a solution (replacement or refund).

Possible Additional Shipping Fees
In certain situations, additional shipping fees may apply, including but not limited to the following:
    •    Delivery to a remote location
    •    Heavy packages (e.g., balloon weights, table cover rolls, etc.)
    •    Large or oversized packages (e.g., piñatas, large costume accessories, decorations)
    •    Faster shipping options (e.g., express or priority services)
If this situation occurs, we will contact you before shipping the order to discuss the available options.

International Orders & Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside of Canada (United States or overseas), customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by the carrier when the package arrives in your country.
These fees are determined by the customs authorities of your country and are not included in the total of your order. They must be paid directly to the carrier in order to receive your package.
Party Shop has no control over these fees and cannot be held responsible for them.

Balloon Shipping
All balloons are shipped uninflated to ensure their quality and integrity during transportation.

Local Balloon Delivery
We offer local balloon delivery near our Sainte-Catherine and Sherbrooke stores.
    •    A minimum order of $75 before taxes is required to qualify for delivery.
    •    Delivery times and availability may vary depending on the period and the availability of the carrier.

All balloon bouquets and balloon arrangements are shown as examples and remain subject to product availability.
