Shipping policy

Party Shop uses Canada Post for our shipments.

***Party Shop does not make international shipments

Additional fees may be required for the following reasons:

- Shipments to a remote address
- High weight of the package (balloon weight, tablecloth roll... )
- High package volume (Pinata, tablecloth roll, large costume accessories...)
- Shipping speed (xpresspost shipments or priority)

In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to make an arrangement to cover the additional costs.

Delivery times:

The standard delivery time varies by region. We use the tariff system of the Canada Post site directly to give you the most accurate deadline.

Party Shop is not responsible for shipping delays from Canada Post. We cannot therefore guarantee the deadlines. On the other hand, be sure that we do everything to satisfy you!

If a product is out of stock, we will call you as soon as possible to make arrangements.

If you are not sure if you will receive your package on time, contact us! We will check with Canada Post.

Balloon Shipping : All our balloons are shipped uninflated to ensure their quality and integrity during transport.

Local balloon deliveries near our 2 stores Saint-Constant and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu: We cannot guarantee the availability of the carrier, please contact us for more details on delivery times and prices. To be eligible for delivery, a minimum order of $75 before taxes is required.

All our balloon bouquets and balloon arrangements are subject to availability conditions and are offered as an example.
