Escape rooms are rooms you must escape from in under 60 minutes. Unlock! brings these experiences to your home, around a table.
After learning the context of the scenario, you begin your adventure in a room (a location card that indicates various numbers). Search it to find objects! Beware: some might be hidden! Visual or audio puzzles will slow your progress... it's up to you to cooperate with your partners to advance and finish on time!
The free Unlock! application, compatible with Android and iOS phones and tablets, is required to play. It allows you to get hints, locate hidden objects, and enter discovered codes. It also contributes to the atmosphere with its music dedicated to each adventure, its audio puzzles, its terrible penalties, and its fatal countdown!
The Unlock! 3 Secret Adventures box contains three new adventures:
- A Noside Story: A thick smoke has invaded the region. Another Noside trick? Author: Lewis Cheshire. Illustrator: Legruth.
- Tombstone Express: This train contains a precious cargo and something tells you that your journey will not be easy. Author: Arch Stanton. Illustrator: Arnaud Demaegd.
- The Adventurers of Oz: Discover the wonderful land of Oz! Visit its wizard and challenge the Wicked Witch of the West. Author: Thomas Cauët. Illustrator: Mahulda Jelly.

Return conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Party Shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange according to our return policies.
Eligibility requirements for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be new, unused, unworn and undamaged
- Be in its original unopened packaging
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns must be sent within 7 days of the order date.
- Returns must first be approved by our team
- Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, there is no restocking fee for exchanges.
- Goods must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Return costs must be covered by the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons the following products are final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable):

Return Fees
Return and shipping costs are not refundable.
Return costs will be refunded only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received, wrong model or size received compared to the choice selected during the transaction. We will resend you the correct product at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- Breakage or manufacturing defect. We will return the same product to you at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
For returns or exchanges, please ensure that the items are in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of wear or use. If you have any concerns about our return procedures or policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your trust in Party Shop!
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be new, unused, unworn and in unopened packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please refer to our return policy exceptions for items not covered by our standard return policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our website's contact page or by phone. We hope you understand that we may have to refuse returns if they do not meet our return conditions. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the problem and any relevant photos of the fault or damage. Our team will review the information provided. If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a solution which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. In most cases, we will ask that you return the faulty or damaged product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Each item is inspected before shipping.
Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.
Once the package has been received and checked, a period of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method used.
