Do not use PRIMAL contact lenses if any of the following conditions exist:
- Inflammation or infection in or around the eye or eyelids.
- Any eye disease, injury or abnormality that affects the cornea, conjunctiva or eyelids.
- Any previously diagnosed condition that makes wearing contact lenses uncomfortable.
- Any systemic disease that may affect the eye or be made worse by wearing contact lenses
- Allergic reactions of the ocular surfaces (adnexuses) which may be induced or exaggerated by wearing contact lenses or using contact lens solution.
- Allergic to any of the ingredients, such as mercury or thimerosal, present in a solution intended to care for your contact lenses.
- Severe dry eyes.
- Do not use if you are unable to follow the lens care schedule or cannot obtain assistance to do so.
If side effects occur following the use of PRIMAL contact lenses, remove the contact lenses immediately and consult your ophthalmologist before resuming contact lens use.

Return conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Party Shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange according to our return policies.
Eligibility requirements for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be new, unused, unworn and undamaged
- Be in its original unopened packaging
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- β Returns must be sent within 7 days of the order date.
- Returns must first be approved by our team
- Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, there is no restocking fee for exchanges.
- Goods must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
- β Return costs must be covered by the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons the following products are final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable):

Return Fees
Return and shipping costs are not refundable.
Return costs will be refunded only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received, wrong model or size received compared to the choice selected during the transaction. We will resend you the correct product at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- Breakage or manufacturing defect. We will return the same product to you at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
For returns or exchanges, please ensure that the items are in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of wear or use. If you have any concerns about our return procedures or policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your trust in Party Shop!
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be new, unused, unworn and in unopened packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please refer to our return policy exceptions for items not covered by our standard return policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our website's contact page or by phone. We hope you understand that we may have to refuse returns if they do not meet our return conditions. Thank you for your cooperation!Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, there is no restocking fee for exchanges. Return shipping costs for a refund must be covered by the customer. Return and exchange fees are calculated based on your region and based on Canada Post rates.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the problem and any relevant photos of the fault or damage. Our team will review the information provided. If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a solution which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. In most cases, we will ask that you return the faulty or damaged product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Each item is inspected before shipping.
Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.
Once the package has been received and checked, a period of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method used.
