In the Wavelength game, a player tries to make his team guess each turn where the target is located (placed randomly) to earn the maximum number of points. To do this, he gives them a clue based on a theme offering two opposing notions (sad/happy, hot/cold, etc.).
If the target is very left, he will choose something very sad, while if it is very right, he will choose something very happy. But if the target is in the middle of the right part, he will have to find something happy, but not excessively, so that his partners place the needle in the right place.
Once the "medium" gives their clue, their team discusses where the target should be and moves the needle to that location on the semi-circle. The more correctly the team guesses, the more points they score!
