You are Victor Lavel, an ambitious young journalist who works for a major newspaper. The year is 1900, in the middle of the Belle Époque, and Paris is in full swing. There are so many stories to cover, the World's Fair, the Summer Olympics, the opening of the first metro station, but as Lavel, a family famous for solving crimes since the Middle Ages, you are much more interested in murders, kidnappings and robberies. Being a journalist allows you to be among the first to know about them, and your intelligence often allows you to be the first to find the author.

Chronicles of Crime: 1900 is a cooperative indie crime investigation game. Using Scan & Play technology to link digital games and board games, the game allows many crime investigation stories to be told with the same components.
