If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a solution which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. In most cases, we will ask that you return the faulty or damaged product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Each item is inspected before shipping.
Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.
Once the package has been received and checked, a period of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method used.
