Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Party Shop. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange following our returns policies.

Eligibility conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be new, unused, unworn and undamaged
Be in its original, unopened packaging
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
⁠Returns must be sent within 7 days of order date.
Returns must first be approved by our team
Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, there are no restocking fees for exchanges.
The goods must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
⁠Return costs must be covered by the customer.
⁠Refunds will cover the cost of the item less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded

Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

Return costs will be refunded only in the following cases:

Wrong item received, wrong model or size received compared to the choice selected during the transaction. We will return the correct product to you at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
Breakage or manufacturing defect. We will resend the same product to you at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
For returns or exchanges, please ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of wear or use. If you have any concerns regarding our procedures or our returns policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your trust in Party Shop!

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be new, unused, unworn and in unopened packaging. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment for the full purchase price. Please refer to our returns policy exceptions for items not covered by our standard returns policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the contact page of our site or by telephone. We hope you understand that we may have to refuse returns if they do not meet our return policies. Thank you for your cooperation !

Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, there are no restocking fees for exchanges. Return shipping costs for a refund must be covered by the customer. Return and exchange costs are calculated based on your region and based on the Canada Post rate.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the problem and any relevant photos of the defect or damage. Our team will review the information provided. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer a solution which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. In most cases, we will request that you return the defective or damaged product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value or a full refund. If you would prefer a refund over a replacement, please notify our customer service when reporting the problem. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. You can contact us by phone, email or contact form on our website for assistanceIn the case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or with missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged.

Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly advise you to use Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.

Once the package is received and checked, a delay of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method made.

Delivery and Shipping Notes:

Party Shop assumes no responsibility for undeliverable packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address, as well as packages not collected within the specified time frame and returned to our warehouse. In these cases, the return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the time of year or the workload of carriers such as Canada Post or UPS. Party Shop cannot be held responsible for delays not communicated by these service providers.
