Board the magnificent ship Tranquility and set off towards the heavenly horizon . But beware, in this world where day mixes with night, time can easily get away from you, and you will need to find refuge on a small island.
Tranquility is a cooperative strategy game for 1 to 5 players, suitable for all ages and offering games of 15 to 20 minutes. Together, players must fill the sea with islands and steer the ship to their new home before one player runs out of cards... These cards must be placed so that the grid is numerically increasing from bottom to bottom. left to top right.
However, the task will not be easy because, in the universe of Tranquility, silence is golden. Victory is collective if the grid is completed and a starting card and a finishing card are placed. But all players lose if one of them finds themselves unable to play or discard a card.

- Return costs must be covered by the customer.

Return Fees
Return and shipping costs are not refundable.
Return costs will be refunded only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received, wrong model or size received compared to the choice selected during the transaction. We will resend you the correct product at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- Breakage or manufacturing defect. We will return the same product to you at our expense, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
For returns or exchanges, please ensure that the items are in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of wear or use. If you have any concerns about our return procedures or policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your trust in Party Shop!

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a solution which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. In most cases, we will ask that you return the faulty or damaged product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a similar product of equal value. We aim to process your claim within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. In case of a return, please make sure to include all parts of the item in its original packaging before returning it to us. Any item returned damaged, or missing parts, or without its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Each item is inspected before shipping.
Party Shop is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using Canada Post with delivery confirmation to ensure this.
Once the package has been received and checked, a period of 1 to 10 days maximum is required for reimbursement by the same payment method used.
